This Privacy Policy explains how Fresh Flow Canada collects, uses and protects information gathered through this website (freshflowcanada.com) only. It does not cover products, services or commercial agreements, which are handled directly with our company director.

Anonymous site analytics
After you accept cookies, we record anonymous, session-based analytics: pages viewed, language and theme (light/dark/gray) selected, and your cookie consent choice. These events are tied to a random session identifier stored in your browser, not to your name or contact details, unless you separately submit the contact form.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about our produce sourcing and distribution services. Anonymous analytics are used only to understand site usage and improve the website.
Where your data is stored
Contact form submissions and anonymous analytics events are stored in Google Firestore (Google Cloud), a service provided by Google. Our website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, also a Google Cloud service.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Anonymous analytics events are retained for a limited period for site-improvement purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at sales@freshflowcanada.com.
